The main purpose of new venture as “Kaicom Dream Street Co. Ltd” is to train and send the qualified Bangladeshi resources according to the needs of the Japanese company. This venture will play a vital role for sending TIPT (Technical Intern Training Program) and SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) to Japan. This initiative will reduce the workforce gap between the two countries and will be impacted both countries' economies.
